Air Leakage Infographic
Create an infographic to highlight a company's air spend statistics in both a vertical and horizontal format
What is Air Leakage?
When companies travel for business, oftentimes they utilize air travel to expedite their route. However, air travel doesn't just encompass the ticket fare, but it covers the type of airfare, which airlines have contractual agreements with the company, how much money is spent on third party airlines, and the price trends. There are more statistics, but these aforementioned ones are what most companies focus their attention on. Leakage is the most important though, as it is the money spent outside of company policy, and is often pricier and more wasteful.
Process
I acquired the needed statistics from our subject matter expert and proceeded to lay out the design. Initially, we had received an infographic from the company Easelly, but the color and layout were not to our liking. What we did like was the art style. So, from scratch, I designed each and every element seen on this graphic on Adobe Illustrator, fine tuning pieces that I was dissatisfied with and changing the color scheme to match our company policy.
